This study examines differences in the waste reduction behavior of female workers at home and in the office. It involved 128 lecturers at four State Islamic universities around East Java through a purposive sampling approach with the criteria of female lecturers who have worked for at least one year with a master's degree in education. After the data were collected, they were tested with paired t-tests. The results demonstrated differences in attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms, knowledge, personal norms, and recycling facilities. Perceived behavioral control is the only variable that did not show any difference in the waste reduction behavior for female workers at home and the office. It implied that the behavior of female workers in waste reduction at home and the office is inconsistent.
Nihayatu Aslamatis Solekah, Ratna Wardani Copyright (c) 2023 Nihayatu Aslamatis Solekah, Ratna Wardani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://prosiding.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/aicoms/article/view/109 Sun, 09 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0000 RECONSTRUCTION OF ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL ETHICS BASED ON PANCASILA AND THE NATIONAL MISSION OF KH ACHMAD SHIDDIQ https://prosiding.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/aicoms/article/view/127
This article aims to find out and analyze the thoughts of one of the nation's leaders, namely KH Achmad Siddiq, which is associated with the application of professional accounting ethics. Through literature searches and reflections on contemporary issues, the author finds that inclusive education is a form of education that allows students to open their vision to wider horizons, making them able to cross the boundaries of ethnic groups or cultural and religious traditions so that they can consider “humanity” like a family that has differences and similarities in ideals. Religious education which is based on the value of inclusivism may provide spiritual and emotional awareness to students to accept and appreciate differences, and have the willingness to coexist and work together in pluralism while putting forward the value of religious moderation in social life. Religious teachers should lead students to understand religion as a “source of meaning” not just explain religious symbols and identities. In addition, educational institutions should introduce the concept of tolerance based on the values of pluralism as an affirmative attitude to religious and cultural pluralism.
Afifuddin Afifuddin, Muhammad Alqadri Burga Copyright (c) 2023 Afifuddin Afifuddin, Muhammad Alqadri Burga https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://prosiding.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/aicoms/article/view/126 Sun, 09 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0000 PROFESIONALISME GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM ERA 4.0 https://prosiding.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/aicoms/article/view/136
The world of Islamic education is changing very quickly, digitalization of education has brought major changes, the classroom is not the only place for learning, but the virtual world can also become a campus. This research is library research. At the same time, the researchers used an inductive technique that starts with empirical data supplemented by discussion data on moral Hazard in Islamic banking as a descriptive study and searches with explanations related to the topic of moral hazard crimes committed in the banking world. Actions of moral Hazard in Islamic banking can occur from the bank and the customer. This action can occur due to various factors such as weak regulations, ownership of funds, factors of lending and financing, and indiscipline. For multiple reasons, Islamic banks' practices, HR, and customers have not yet implemented trust contracts. So that anticipating the occurrence of moral Hazard that can be carried out by mudharib, Islamic banks such as shahibul mal can ask for a guarantee. In PBI Number 7/46/PBI/2005 concerning contracts in collecting and channeling funds according to sharia principles, Islamic banks can set guarantees for risks. Islam has explained that moral Hazard is disgraceful behavior, so it must be avoided by controlling through riyadhatun nafs (mind cultivation) and mujahadah (self-approach to Allah).
Sulistyowati Copyright (c) 2023 Sulistyowati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://prosiding.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/aicoms/article/view/110 Sun, 09 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0000 OPTIMALISASI SISTEM E-COURT DI PENGADILAN AGAMA MADIUN: STRATEGI DAN TANTANGAN https://prosiding.insuriponorogo.ac.id/index.php/aicoms/article/view/142
This study aims to identify the obstacles to utilizing e-court systems in managing civil case settlements, evaluate the effectiveness of the e-court system in modernizing litigation administration in the Madiun Religious Court, and explore the strategies used by the court to optimize the e-court system.
