ADAB SEBAGAI LANDASAN MEMBANGUN ISLAMIC HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT (I-HRD) DI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM

In the world of education, it has been warm and widely discussed by educational experts, namely character education. The fact that the character of the nation in this era of globalization has declined very sharply, is the reason behind the emergence of character education which is considered the most accurate medium for developing the potential of students in the form of skills and insights. Therefore, in a University, it is necessary to build Islamic human resources, in order to produce human beings who have good character and good men, this paper will outline that adab can be used as a foundation for building IHRD in Islamic universities.
