MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DALAM BELAJAR

The educational process does not only occur through interactions between teachers and students, lecturers and students, santri and clerics, but also interactions between all those involved in educational activities, either directly or indirectly. For the interaction process to run effectively, each party must be in a comfortable and pleasant psychological condition. Among the essential factors that influence the learning process in education is motivation, which is considered the dominant factor. Every human activity is based on an urge to achieve goals or fulfill needs; that driving force is called motivation. In some terminology, motivation is expressed as a need, desire, impulse, instinct, and drive, which is something that compels the human organism to act. Something or act. In other words, motivation is a state in a person's personality that encourages individuals to carry out certain activities to achieve a learning goal.
