Analisis Multikasus Harian Suara Merdeka dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Ponorogo

The most recent era of globalization refers to the unstoppable development of communication and information. Technology and human communication have developed into one of the basic needs, apart from the need for food, clothing, shelter, health and education. To capture the strategic management of an organization implemented, and in order to obtain strategic recommendations. This study focuses on a case analysis review directed at two organizations, namely, Suara Merdeka Daily, Central Java and MTsN 1 Ponorogo. This study uses the literature review method, by taking an inventory of the literature that has the same data trends and then an analysis is carried out by linking the two organizations that are the focus of the case analysis. The results of this study are that the results of case analysis in Suara Merdeka Daily and MTsN 1 Ponorogo are found, first that both have implemented strategic management in terms of environmental analysis, and strategic policies carried out in dealing with competitors. The two strategic management that has been carried out has shown evidence of improving the quality of the daily company, Suara Merdeka, with an increasing percentage of market share, while the MTsN 1 Ponorogo education services have shown an increase in the quality of achievement, both input and output quality of graduates.
