FENOMENA ISTIGASAH ONLINE REALISASI PERILAKU RELIGIUS DI ERA DIGITAL

Abstract

Online istigasah in the realization of religious behavior in the digital era is one of the important and main rituals that are always carried out by Nahdliyah citizens and includes Javanese culture, especially students, and religious leaders. Istigasah is an effort for Muslims to fortify themselves from threatening dangers such as COVID-19. With this, the community is making an effort to survive in the COVID-19 situation in order to maintain health and endurance both physically and mentally. The community makes efforts to maintain health with religious rituals, such as praying in congregation to avoid harm, the forms of religious rituals carried out by the community vary, ranging from reading burdah, reading yasin, reading rattibul haddad, praying hajat, khataman Al-Qur'an and reading istigasah remembrance. This research is a qualitative research. The type of research used is the case study method according to Robert K Yin, which is used as a comprehensive explanation relating to various aspects of a person, group, organization, program, or social situation under study, to be pursued and studied as deeply as possible. Data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Analysis of the data findings based on the Mile and Huberman model by collecting authentic data, reducing data, displaying data, and attracting. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The phenomenon of online istigasah in the realization of religious behavior in the digital era. Since the existence of COVID-19, which was originally Istigasah has been carried out in Islamic boarding schools, mosques and anjangsana in people's homes since the existence of COVID-19, Istigasah has been carried out online through social media such as google meet, zoom, live instagram and youtube. This brings a change in one's behavior in worship. The results of the study indicate that Istigasah Online can make it easier for people to worship and increase one's faith in getting closer to Allah Swt and being able to follow technological developments.
