Pendekatan Behavioral dan Sosial Kognitif

This paper discusses two main approaches in educational psychology, namely the behavioral and social cognitive approaches. The behavioral approach focuses on observable and measurable behavior, emphasizing the influence of the environment in shaping behavior through reinforcement and punishment. On the other hand, the social cognitive approach emphasizes the importance of learning in a social context, where individuals learn through observation and imitation of other people's behavioral models. This paper also describes the relationship between the two approaches, which complement each other in understanding and improving the teaching and learning process. This type of research uses literature. The purpose of this study is to determine the main concepts of the behavioral and social cognitive approaches, the relationship between the Behavioral approach and the Social Cognitive approach.
