PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU PAI MELALUI DIKLAT PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI MTs. NEGERI 9 MAGETAN

Competencies need to be possessed by teachers to have readiness in carrying out the learning process. The way to increase knowledge and skills is through education and training. Education and training are some factors that can affect teachers' readiness in carrying out learning. With training, a teacher can increase his knowledge and skills. Therefore, training is needed to improve teacher competence in the learning process creatively and innovatively. To prepare the ideal teacher, of course, special teacher training is necessary. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in teacher competence through education and training. In contrast, the object of research is the PAI teacher at MTsN 9 Magetan. This research method is School/Madrasah action research method. This research was carried out in the odd semester in the 2019/2020 Academic Year.
