NALAR ISTIFADAH DALAM KITAB TA’LIM AL-MUTA’ALLIM KARYA SYEIKH ZARNUJI UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

The main purpose of Islamic education is to educate character and form the soul, as stated in the book Ta'li<m Al Muta'allim. But in reality, in this Millennial era, it seems that teaching etiquette or morals is now starting to fade in the world of education and the family environment. This problem can be identified because of the lack of taking lessons (benefits), additional knowledge (Istifa<dah) and the benefits of knowledge. Furthermore, the author tries to  examine  the  concept  of  Istifa<dah  in  the  Book  of  Ta'li<m  Al  Muta'allim  by  Syeih{{  Zarnu<ji<, because this concept could be the answer to the problem. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach and the type of research used was library research. The data collection technique is a literary technique by editing, organizing and finding research results. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is content analysis.From the results of the research on the reasoning of the Istifa<dah concept, it can be concluded that the Istifa<dah concept of reasoning in the Book of Ta'li<m Al Muta'allim by Syeih{{ Zarnu<ji< contains religious, nationalist and humanist character values.
