USUL AL-FIQH DAN MASA DEPAN SYARIAT ISLAM DI INDONESIA

Abstract

The application of Islamic law is the latest issue that has invited a lot of controversy in several organizations, especially Islamic organizations, in consequence inviting Us}u>l al-Fiqh to unite these differences for the benefit of all mankind in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. This article describes the development of the application of Islamic law and how Us}u>l al-Fiqh unites the differences of opinion that occur in the implementation of Islamic thought in Indonesia. This article attempts to describe the usage of the theoretical review method associated with the analysis by the author. Us}u>l al-Fiqh puts forward the concept of maslahah in practice, which aims to make this Islamic law beneficial and to keep mafsadat away for all mankind, not only in favor of certain organizations. The application of Islamic law in Indonesia has complex histories. There are many debates between academics and theologian about the development of organizations and thoughts that are evolving in Indonesia so that solutions are needed that can accommodate all approaches of diversity so that they do not deviate from the teachings of Islamic law which are in accordance with the substance and problems faced by the Indonesian societies.
